Hi, I’m Caroline, the baker behind Side Hustle Cookie Company.

What started in 2023 as a creative outlet during the SAG-AFTRA strike in Los Angeles quickly turned into something I never expected. One cookie led to another, and suddenly my “side hustle” became my full-time passion.

I took a step back from my work as a TV and film stand in to focus on this new passion, designing and decorating custom cookies that feel thoughtful, personal, and made just for you. When I chose the name Side Hustle Cookie Company, I never imagined it would become my main focus, but I’m incredibly grateful that it has.
